Online Yoga Sessions

Yoga Where You Are

For those who are not able to attend face to face yoga sessions we offer individual, couple or small group (up to 3 people) sessions by Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp at a time to suit you.

Sessions are generally 60 minutes long and will focus on what you need. This may be purely about strength or mobility or you may wish to include a mix of postures, breathing practices and a relaxation practice. Sessions are always tailored to meet your needs or goals. This may be for reasons of:

physical/health improvement;

emotional/psychological well-being;

lifestyle/personal development changes;

sports training.

Sessions can be a one-off or a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly event.
